Our primary goal at Barlow Truss is to manufacturer the highest quality of roof and floor trusses. Since inception, we have made substantial investments in our manufacturing facilities and equipment, which allows us to consistently produce accurate, high-quality trusses that meet our customers’ timeline and budget.
Cutting is accomplished with our Desauw automated component saw, as well as two Spida automated saws. These saws produce ensure clean, accurate cuts for all our cord and web members.
Trusses are assembled on our automated roller Gantry Table, made by Spida. Precut lumber components are placed into the jigging along with nailplates, the Preset Roller travels down the length of the truss, rolling the nailplates into the precut lumber components creating a truss. The truss is then ejected onto the receivers and through to the Finishing Roller, fully embedding the nailplates.
